I think 90-100M is possible.

 

US + China alone can make +60M if everything goes right.

Deadline reporting that an insider told them that they'd be happy with anything over 300M worldwide for Dune:

$300m seems a reasonable target for a film that will no doubt increase for its sequel and sell a shit tonne on 4K physical media I’d imagine.

No HBO Max in the UK, and the recent rollout in Latin America doesn't include day and date movies.
