Disney films globally 2018 could be:

  1. AIW 2b
  2. BP 1.3b
  3. I2 1b
  4. AM2 700
  5. WIR2 650 (A market like China though could turn things upside down and push it higher)
  6. SOLO 500-550
  7. POPPINS 400-500 (Can this beat Solo?)
  8. CHRIS ROBIN (Tough to gauge but below Poppins and above Nutcracker seems safe)
  9. NUTCRACKER (Will it get a proper release? Morgan Freeman throws this into a tailspin)
  10. WRINKLE (Just checked it's global gross - Only 129. Legit bomb)

There's many members here predicting that for Domestic (+ U.K.) alone :hahaha:

yeah i just went with 150-200 dom (tgs, la la, les mis) + 300 odd os. but poppins could really explode in some markets. 600-700 ww won't shock many.

Disney Superhero movies going 5-5.5B or so this year. Is there a convenient list of annual WW grosses by studio to compare to? Feels like that will be very competitive with the best years of full studios.

That's hilariously bad, Rogue One did 30M+ after it's first 2 days. I was thinking 300M OS for this but even 250 will be a stretch especially with JW:TFK releasing 10 days from now. Now that is a movie people actually want to see.

I cannot wait for JW2 to arrive and end Solo OS. I don't want any so-so run but full debacle. We had some insane runs (BP, AIW, AQP) so it's time for a mega bomb.
