Whether Peterson's point were valid or not Cathy Newmans disingenuous interview style just made Peterson look good and boosted him tremendously. She wanted to make him into some Bogeyman and it backfired badly. 

 

It goes to my point, just ignore the guy...he currently is battling withdrawal from being addicted to depression medication which he was using to cope with his wife having terminal cancer. 

 

All you guys done is make him wealthy and sell millions of books. 🙄

 I do think his viewpoints on gender roles is very flawed and is very outdated in general. 

 

I think you can find him on the Joe Rogan Experience talking about his Enforced Monogamy idea and Joe Rogan called out Peterson for preaching 'sexual Marxism' and Peterson realized he scored on own goal on himself. 

 

Also he goes after a group routinely called "post modern Marxists" however the progressives types are not really Marxists and usually have more mainstream left wing view points. A lot of Marxists dont really subscribe to identity politics as much.  

 

However most of his stuff around Self Help i think is not very controversial at all and is mostly common sense.
