Can't say I'm not hyped to see this trailer despite it being Sony. Seeing a proper representation of Venom on the big screen has a been a dream (and no Spider-Man 3 wasn't it) since I was a kid.

I just wanted one film of Spider-Man vs Venom.

This honestly looks like the most generic version of this movie you could've imagined.  Even with Tom Hardy, it's hard to get excited for this.

It sounded more serious than I thought it would. Bummed we didn't get to really see him transformed in it, I guess we need to wait for the first actual trailer for that.

I'm not sure what's the point of a teaser unless you have one Venom reveal ready but gotta get in on attaching to Black Panther I guess

Eh, can't really tell much either way for that. Looks fine I guess? Lol @ Hardy legit having a new voice for every film though. Just putting "V" at the end for the title card was stupid if that's how it's showing in theaters, the casual GA aren't even close to being that familiar with the character to know what the hell that's supposed to stand for.

Its only a teaser but considering the skepticism towards this movie they should've come with something a bit more exciting. Tom Hardy in a movie is always worth a watch though.

Seems like he's using his 'The Drop' accent with a little more enunciation. @Cmasterclay is here for it tho and so am I

Actually, I think that trailer is going to be entirely ineffective marketing for the GA. It's completely nondescript in showing much of anything and then they don't even put the title at the end. Success hasn't changed them, Sony still being Sony.
