I had to call my theater to ensure that my friends would buy tickets before it gets sold out.  They estimated it'd be sold out by tomorrow morning (for a showing that starts at 7 PM), which is unheard of for my theater.  For context, my theater doesn't have reserved seating, and a majority of its tickets are generally walkup-based.

Minor tidbit:

 

The main trailer for Avengers: Endgame is poised to cross 100M views soon. It would be the 3rd movie trailer to do so after the teaser for Avengers: Infinity War and the final trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Speaking of TFA, it will pass that one soon as well (103M views).

 

When I say soon, I mean soon. As you can imagine, views have spiked in the last couple days.

Yeah day 2 (the holiday landed on day 2 this year) is up over 140% over IW (According to RTH day 2 is between 9.5 and 10m AUD.  Means AEG just put up the biggest and 2nd biggest days ever in Australia. 

 

EDIT and in local currency it's up 17% on day 1. (10.2 Vs 8.7)

This is another reason I think it's running into a hard cap on Pulse. The appearance of a waiting line today (even only a 1m one) would imply a much bigger increase from yesterday than the Pulse numbers are suggesting.

And only 2 of those 32 are in 3D, rofl.
