Don't paint all of America with a broad brush. It was great and it will be great again. Suffice to say I would very much like people in foreign countries to stop asking if I am Canadian. I love Canada but I'm from Texas, no one thinks I'm Canadian but they don't want to embarrass me.

Something to consider for Spidey's later legs...

We always talk about the "double features" helping to bump Disney movies midway and late in their runs...and Sony looks like it's gonna be turning its year around starting with Spidey, and then by releasing Once Upon A Time In Hollywood in Spidey's 4th weekend, and Angry Birds 2 in Spidey's 7th weekend.

As Spidey is the natural Sony pairing for both (whereas OUATIH would not seem to work with Angry Birds), it should get to see nicer than normal holds at its mid-leg and late-leg weekends:)...bonus that the 2 Sony films are the obvious premier releases for their respective weekends, so there's also probably no possibility Sony doesn't get the doubles on those weekends...

But anyway, those really shouldn't be necessary for Spidey to put up a great number...I've had just barely over Capt Marvel DOM from the start (and the winner of the summer b/c my Lion King expectations are lower than all of yours, although it will be close:)), and the 1st 2 days and supers-free calendar set (and the obvious now quality and WOM coming out) are not swaying me from those thoughts...yet:)...

It's a great country with a lot of work to do. Internationally we are an embarrassment

Thanks.

KSI's nearly 2.75x legs give me hope for KVG, apart from the novelty of the match up.

Will take 175 odd dom and don't want to dream of much more.

OS-China-Japan for KOTM was a bummer and would like to see massive improvement in that area for KVG.

Oh well. Call me when their cultures circle the globe several times over.
