Sooooooo..........I kind of made a mistake........I'm a HUGE IT fan, and have been dying to see the new film for at least over a year. I just bought my tickets for the earliest preview showing next Thursday with my friends....... Only for one of my friends to text me just now, "Hey Kelli........aren't the Patriots playing their season opener that night?" And I'm all like......

Just got back.   The film is good. Not great. Lots of humour, lot of heart. I dont watch horror films at all but this film isn't that scary, I imagine a lot of kids are gonna be watching this for years to come and having over the top gore and jump scares would've turned them off. The film is honestly suitable for kids 12 and up. I really can't wait to watch this with my kid in a couple of years.    There's some problems that really do hurt IT. At times it appears as if these

totally agree.  a $50 OW out this far is a good sign.  The projections will probably go up as it gets even closer

Definitely not $38m total, considering the others opened to like $50m adjusted. Most were expecting at least 30m opening, with many going into the 40s or even 50s.

Basically what it made total, but for it's OW lol I understand with an 11 year gap between 3 and 4 that a drop was likely, but I think I speak for everyone, that I didn't see THAT big of a drop coming. It's already bad comparing it to the rest of the series unadjusted numbers...add on inflation and it's just :what: ...still confuses me. It really wasn't a bad film IMO
