one problem I had with this is that the ending feels very rushed. Because of this it doesn't feel that satisfactory as an "end" to a trilogy

I agree. Would still go 10/10 after watching it again on HBO Go. Everytime I start watching thinking that I will turn it off after the plane scene, and the next thing I know, it is 2.5 hours later and I am watching Blake in the Batcave.

Emotion is shot in this one when nothing makes any sense.

I agree, the only character i really cared for in this was Alfred. I think Nolan hasn't quite mastered the ability to make us feel much emotion for his characters. I never understood the attraction between Bruce and Catwoman, it made no sense to me and it seemed too rushed.
