It's bad but it fits because the most cringe worthy line is pretty much the reason for the main plot which is

The concept for this is interesting but I really don't see any way

Spoiler

they can end this with her forgiving him without it ringing super false. Like... he ruins her life in the most selfish way possible

Idk how much has changed since that draft but hopefully a good amount.

You've read the script? As a whole is it good or bad?

It's pretty crap. The premise is great, but it just turns into a very dull romance. I'm also totally not OK with the way it glorifies stalking. If the script I read bears any resemblance to the one that Jennifer Lawrence read, I have no idea why she signed on other than the money. She goes on about how women are treated, but her character in this serves the main lead as nothing more than a sex object. Her beauty is literally what the film's plot is centered around. (can't say more without spoiling)

You know who would be perfect for this role:

Jai Courtney, now that he's learned to embrace his inner shitbag.

Chris Pratt is awesome. But I do have to worry about the release date-Rouge One might kill it-granted it wont do as near as well as Episode 7 of course. Just feel sorry for most films now coming out in December. Anyway this could do well.

Hah, it is!  But more like one of the older and more unsavory versions where the Prince

violates her as opposes to rescuing her.  Here he doesn't rape her but he does steal her life.

@joblocom
JLaw's character is a NY based writer who wants to make the 120 year trek to another planet and return to write about it #passengers

Pratt's character, Jim, is a mechanic that finds himself obsolete and on the same journey #passengers #CinemaCon

Chris Pratt just did a mic drop...on JLaw's foot. #CinemaCon
