I think DWA overextended themselves when they started making 2-3 films a year and the quality novedived. ` Alas, even on the downside DWA quality is still higher than Illumination but it probably won't be for long.

Wrath
Ok, I'm probably an idiot. But I think this might be funny. Maybe I'm just a big fan of Alec Baldwin.

kayumanggi
I hate the look of most DW animated movies and this one is no exception. Disney and Pixar are so far ahead when it comes to the visuals department. Edited December 15, 2016 by kayumanggi

Mojoguy
I saw the new trailer with Rogue One. This movie looks like direct to video bad. Sad how far DWA has fallen...

I laughed at that and the sailor suits too. Overall though this looks abysmal. It looks like Dreamworks has entered it's Chicken Little era. Cheap and stupid.
Blankments
This looks so stupid but in an oddly enjoyable way lol

Well, that would be a good thing, because it would then immediately start making movies that increase in money and prestige.
Poseidon
Could this actually do well with Alec Baldwin and...well, Americas new President as the main character? Trailer views are crazy. Edited January 23, 2017 by Poseidon
Arlborn
I don't know what you guys are whining about, kids will like this and it seems like an enjoyable albeit forgettable time for the parents.
Incarnadine
I still think this looks bad, although I admit my perception is likely tainted by the fact this got greenlit and Croods 2 got axed It was one of their bigger surprise hits and the 2 leads are both peaking in their careers after LLL and Deadpool. Grrr.

We're not the target demo for it, that's why. I think it'll do well. DWA films have a decent track record anyways
AniNate
I tend to underestimate Dreamworks films of late, so reserving judgment on this.
MrFanaticGuy34
Interesting thing is.....this is Alec Baldwin's third Dreamworks-animated film he's been in. I honestly don't find him voicing a baby, that shocking at all. I mean, he voiced a lion named Makunga (the main villain in Madagascar 2), and also the Santa Claus himself...North, in Rise of the Guardians. What's gonna be different about this role? So i don't find Alec Baldwin voicing the baby here, that surprising, nor shocking. I think Alec Baldwin can be good at voicing an unusual kind of character. Wherever be the Santa Claus, a lion or a baby. Edited January 24, 2017 by MrFanaticGuy34
