It does seem like it's doing better in China than initially thought, no? Still not setting the world on fire though.

I wonder if it will beat Warcraft in America.

It has to otherwise it would be embarrassing for Matt Damon. He has 10 times more star power than all the actors and director of Warcraft combined.

This looks bad but matt Damon is in it. What is going on here? Damon is only ever in good movies right?

There are two kinds of movie stars in the world:Those who have made a mistake and starred in a turkey, and those who will.

I'm really excited for this, and I never watched a Chinese movie before.

Well, with all due respect...you'll have to work a little harder...as this is not really a "Chinese" movie fully.  It's a China/Hollywood co-production that has significant US talent behind the scenes in scripting, scoring, starring, etc.

The movie's been finished since December, at least.

But wow....even though they have had a lot of stinkers on their hands, Legendary isn't known for pushing out utter crap like that. It looks like something from a Syfy original motion picture.

The official Twitter account tweeted this out and then realized their mistake. I guess we finally know why they have hidden the beasts in the marketing - they look like incomplete VFX

This guy said this, so maybe it is just marketing being dumb. Or maybe he's on the marketing team and is trying to fix their mistake .

How much fun would it be if the movie CGI looked like this though? Might actually be a source of actual enjoyment from the film and make it a cult classic.

To be honest I'm kind of digging the little jiggle of it's arm at the end of the clip. Reminds me of the ragdolls in Garry's Mod.
