I do photo art involving masks 😂 Its one of my pieces. I get that reaction alot lol. I have other pics i wanted to use that are slightly less creepy but i guess the formats were too big.

Annabelle released today and will be a walkup heavy movie so of course Endgame is doing better on Pulse. Same reason why Yesterday is also doing better even though Annabelle's FSS will be higher.

BSo cineplex decided to add a whack of new shows and new screens. As a result i had to rewrite the seating counts because different seat theatres. So while percentages have gone down its because theres a ton more seats probably due to demand. Yes this is still very good for this area.

I wouldn't take too much away from that yet.

Annabelle opened last night so alot of its demand is going to be met earlier in the week.

Locally at the 3 theaters around me that I looked at this morning I had 71 total seats sold from Fri-Mon (34 showings) with over half of the showings so far having 0 tickets sold - incl Monday where none of the 8 showings at the 3 theaters had sold a ticket as of 10 am this morning.

 

it also wasn't being shown more than 3 times a day at any of the theaters and one of them cut back to 2 showings on Sun and Mon,

 

I think it could end up outside the top 5 this weekend. TS4, Aladdin, Annabelle, and Yesterday are all likely to outgross it this weekend. 

So if only one of RM, SLOP2, MIB outgross it then it misses the top 5. I think it might get to 5-6M overall. It doesn't appear to have enough theaters (only 1,950 - a 100% increase from last weekend) or showtimes to make much more than that.

Pulse today 8:50-9:04 EST:

Yesterday: 69/15 – yesterday at that time it were 15/15, up 360%(!)%; I have no Hustle numbers but Long Shot had on Wednesday at that time 19/15, The Sun Is Also a Star had at that time on Thursday 8/15. Very good.
Annabelle Comes Home: 45/15 – yesterday it were 39/15, up 15%; HDD2U had on Wednesday at that time 36/15, La Llorona had at the same time on Friday 90/15 and on Wednesday 19/15, Child's Play on Friday 111/15 and on Wednesday 12/15.

And Pulse 10:50-11:04 EST:

Annabelle Comes Home: 90/15 – yesterday 105/15, down 14%; HDD2U had on Wednesday 64/15, Child's Play had on Wednesday 36/15, LaLlorona had at the same time on Wednesday 28/15 but on Friday 193/15. → No clear picture here but Annabelle Comes Home had a great afternoon and evening yesterday (of course with the help of the previews) and at the moment it has already improved to 12-13 tickets per 1 minute. Probably it just sells not that well early in the day.
Yesterday: 71/15 – yesterday 17/15, up 320% (!); Long Shot had at that time on Wednesday 23/15 (I compared the wrong day yesterday), The Hustle 34/15, The Sun Is Also a Star had at that time on Thursday 7/15. → Was CoolEric right? Could it have after all a surprisingly fine OW? ;)

Then TASM dropped a further 32% on Thurs, FFH can probably match that since its going from July 3 to July 4. Judging from PS it will have strong increases on Fri and Sat and then an average Sun drop. Biggest unknown is the drop from OD to Day 2, that will determine the trajectory of the weekend.

Isn't that the definition of front loaded. if this ratio persists its looking a huge 2nd day drop.

11AM update for Spidey. There is big ramp up past 3 hours. I see 1446 tickets sold for Opening week and 56% of them are for OD. Between 10PM to 8AM 1667 tickets were sold for OW and OD was slightly above half. Looking like 7.5/8K sales for the day.
