Paddington 2 is a delightful film, it's nice to have a non cynical family film with a good message. and Hugh Grant gives one of the best performances of his career! I hope it's successful in the US and I suspect with WB distributing, it will be.

The story behind one of the images in the link is fascinating.  It's a glass plate image from 1876.

 

 

Each is about 8 millimetres thick and a metre high. Two are 1.3 metres in width, with the largest 1.6 metres wide, making even the smaller two larger than any other 19th-century glass plate negatives in existence, said Margot Riley, the State Library of NSW's curator of research and discovery.

I made that post before the Disney trailers. But honestly Incredibles 2 was the only one that got me truly psyched. The trailer for Paddington 2 isn't as convincing as the reviews.

Had a fun day with family, watched like 5 different movies and now headed camping for the next 2 days. Not sure how the 6 kids who are part of the group will enjoy camping, but at least we have booked cabins instead of tents.
