I’m tired of “early access screenings”. The OW numbers for modern films are already inflated from the ridiculously early Thursday “previews”, and these additional screenings only muddy the waters further.

I'm really really hoping this is good. Mainly for Zelda reasons.

He will get fired from Zelda if this gets bad reviews, don't worry.

The VFX such as creature animation and lighting look very spot on. Why is 20th century production like Avatar, the creator and Apes look way better than their counterparts at other Disney's division.

They shoot further away from release. I think F4 only starts shooting 11 months prior to release, for example

Disney isn't spending more on those projects so they can look better, they're spending more on those projects so they can be delivered in time for their quick schedule (which also includes fixing things that should've never been the VFX studio's responsibility as they should have been planned and taken care of during shooting but weren't because of time constraints and mercenary directors not having a clear vision of what the finished shot has to look like). More money can only buy you VFX to a certain degree, after that it's just about giving the studio time to actually make them.

Voldie said this was testing great and Disney was happy with it. To Counter that Jeff Sneider reported a few weeks later the opposite. Who to believe since you can take things both of these guys say with a  grains of salt.
