Epic failure in an epic trailer 

Will it even matter if there was no trailer and just this movie release on xx December. Only in Cinemas.

They dropped it towards the end of the program (30ish mins left), no idea if it was already shown at that point but I don't think it really matters.

At least the water scenes might (and it's a big 'might') justify the 3D. Definitely curious to see how this is received.

I feel the same way. The environment is pretty to look at but all the blue people look the same and has a slight uncanny valley thing going on. The whale looks awesome though.
