Superhero movies really aren't the only genre to have panning cause outrage - just look at the reactions to Joy 3 months ago. The hordes just come in much bigger numbers than other genres.

Is Nolan considered a genre because .....

OD numbers are inflated by Good Friday in many European and LA countries.   It might not make $100m in China.   It'll open about 25% below TDKR is SK and about 70% lower than AOU.  It's already showing it's front loaded in markets like China, SK and HK.  It opened lower than TDKR in Germany and lower in Australia than both.  Lower in France.  Lower in Mexico than AOU.

Do you have numbers to back up what you just wrote or it's a wishful thinking?
We don't have any official figures for China yet, so what's your source regarding BvS doing poorly there?

we all know you hated the movie so why are you here again ?

First you said that everyone was out to get the movie because they were tipped off by Disney to take down WB for making darker movies.

Then you said that a credible source who speculated the reception so far sounds like they have an agenda against the movie.

Then you come after me when I put the kibosh on your accusations of said source being a DC-hating troll with "we know you don't like the movie so why are you here again?"

And you criticize others for being "bitter"? LOL.

Some people are really obsessed with BVS but the movie just keeps on winning. It's been a fun.

BVS has had 20/23 Fri/Sat in China.

Saturday is likely the most unpredictable day for this film.  Friday I think Sensible range was around 80-85 always.

Saturday could go from 45 million to 55 million I think.

Reason are:

- North American Market will be divergent regionally. Markets that had Good Friday Holiday will decline while markets which did not have a Good Friday Holiday will increase perhaps.

- DC Comic Book films have not performed that well historically on Saturday however the sample size is 3 movies that opened in June and July.

- WOM will taken an effect already or is WOM fine ?

I will go with 49 million Saturday for now.
