Him playing himself just works for me. Idk maybe his personalty just fits the role.

I don't buy he's one of the reasons DCEU isn't doing well.

I wouldn't blame him for BvS or JL based on his performance (Batman was one of the few highlights of BvS).

But he's partly responsible for JL's bad press thanks to the sex scandal.

He's just had shitty luck.

If WB got rid of Snyder after MOS' divisive reception and did the Matt Reeves Batman prior to World's Finest (or BvS) then we'd be having a totally different conversation right now.

I can confirm that Flashpoint is in trouble. I want it to happen and I want them to move forward, but sugarcoating this isn't right. We need to see what happens after Justice League. The only films truly safe are Wonder Woman 2, Reeves Batman, Aquaman and maybe Shazam!. Everything else, INCLUDING Suicide Squad 2? No, they are not safe. And we better start to stop sugarcoating it.

you can 'confirm'? dude sorry but it's been pointed to you a million times - you don't know more than anyone or have sources that others don't have. ;)

Dude. A2knet. I'm not playing. You can trust me or not. But yes, I can. Not in the mood for this.

That's not the first time I've said that Flashpoint is dependable of how people receive Justice League. That's not even the first time that trades reported this, for fucks sake. The DC shared universe is in trouble, and if you can't understand that no one could see this going under $100m first weekend, I have a fucking bridge to sell you too. I'm a fan, like you and others here. But I do talk with people that know stuff about these films, people that work covering these films. Just like we have access to Rth and EC.

Do I hope that Flashpoint is happening? YES. I hope that people like me and others seeing Justice League in a positive light than the previous movies will be enough to keep the course correction going. But that's not a guaranteed thing. And if you believe me or not, I couldn't fucking care less. I respect you and all I'm asking is respect back. You don't need to believe me, just respect is good enough.

I don't find solace in this. All those FUCKING STUPID FLAME WARS I've fought was to avoid this. All the times I've said that Snyder shouldn't come back for BvS, BECAUSE OF THIS. All the times I've said that Snyder should be fired after BvS? BECAUSE OF THIS. This is a sad weekend for the superhero genre. It's not how it should have gone down. It's not what these characters deserve, it's not what the fans deserve. All of this is yes, WB's fault. But they aren't alone. The hardcore fans that stood by this and attack everyone like "oh but it made money", I hope that you learn something from this. Because this isn't a hard pill you are having to take alone. I am too. Fans of this genre, true fans of this genre and of superheroes are gutted.

i really can’t tell whether or not you’re gloating, but it’s not working very well

Anyway, Justice League must be such an emotional movie for Superhero fans and gamers.

The movie is such a beautiful love letter to retro gaming.

The visuals & CGI of Justice League are a ode & hommage to the first 3D consoles of the nineties : Playstation One and Nintendo 64.

That s the magic of Justice League IMO, when an action scene/set piece starts, you re right in the middle of a Playstation One cut scene and it s a joy to watch, those grainy, unfinished, low rez textures : beautiful.

It really shows how Warner is not a risk averse studio and how they will always allow their filmmakers to fulfill their vision on screen without any studio meddling.

I'll admit it, I laughed.
