Noah Emmerich is a criminal and part of Ewan McGregor's gang.

Noah Emmerich somehow gets on the wrong side of McGregor but escapes injured and arrives home.

His wife Jane travels to find someone to protect the house, that someone being Joel Edgerton, a former lover

Edgerton reluctantly agrees to help and also tries to train Jane to defend herself better

Meanwhile McGregor slowly tracks Emmerich's trail.

Eventually they all collide for confrontations and shootouts.
