Scott Eastwood was bad, but the film itself was pretty entertaining. I liked it better than Tomb Raider, for what that's worth.

 

No, it's not as quirky and quasi-deep as the original film, but as a surface-level popcorn ride it was pretty fun. The 110 minutes zipped by pretty quick.

Non-epic 110 minute run time. Which doesnt guarantee a bad movie. But it usually means fast moving scenes.

Not sure why I saw it, bored I guess.  But shit, it does go by pretty quick.  CGI, action was solid.  That's all I can really say and all that matters for this.  But lol at taking the Charlie day character and doing what they did.  What the f.

It was alright for a popcorn flick but predictable at times. Boyega and Eastwood were decent but they had some big shoes to fill because nobody can replace Idris Elba.

Sounds like the film does what it's intended to do honestly. If it makes deadlines 26m this weekend that doesn't seem bad considering the first made a little over 30m OW.
