It will catch up with JW without China. 1.2B+ is in play 3rd movie in history to hit 2 billion WW. 1st non-Cameron movie to hit 2 billion WW. Those are some mighty impressive milestones.
Fake
It looks like it will hit $1B mark on Sunday, maybe even Saturday if it holds well enough. That's a new record for the fastest to $1B.
Joel M
So what the 2nd OS weekend will be like? Can it stay over 200M because of Christmas?

I think it will have a lead, but not a huge one. Remember tomorrow is the Christmas day. I dunno about other markets, but here 90% of the theaters are closed and the ones open have very few shows. I think this happens in other markets as well. So the weekend-to-weekend drop might be bigger than you think.

Nostalgia
Around 1,200 screens including dubbed version and advance bookings are too good in India. It should do atleast 10million USD in India which is way more than interstellar, very surprising number for me. If television channels can screen as many times as possible 1to7 parts before release of 8.It might jump big like ff series in Asia. Imo.
