Is it even pragmatic of me to do a list?  I think my list is going to be so different that everyone else's that there doesn't seem to be any point.  For example, does anyone else have any songs from The Lost Boys on there list?  How about any songs from teen films from the 80's....Back to the Future?

You would honestly be surprised. Taking  your past into consideration and not giving anything away,  some of the songs you want to list already have some votes

 

And currently,  Disney isn't winning!  Well not number one at least

Also never second guess others, i kept gave of the fireflies lower in my list than it should be in order to give films with a shot of the top 100 more points. 

 

Turned out that my honest placement for it would have got it into the top 100 when in actually it ended up just missing

Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid? I still have to finish that movie, it was fine, a little slow, Spider-Man 2 is one of my all time favorites, so I don't really care what movie used it first, the way it used that song complimented the scene perfectly.

Only going with Musical songs or songs written specifically for movies. If songs pre-existed in stage musicals but were brought to film, I will still include them. I'll make an exception if a song marks a truly significant scene in the story or is essential to the theme or overall motif of the movie. (For example, "A Real Hero" from Drive)
