The reception for this so far reminds me of Tenet's tbh. Still very excited to see this on a big screen, but looks like it won't be without its share of detractors.

Five stars from The Telegraph as well, maybe it'll play well in Britain.

 

David Ehrlich calls it a "massive disappointment", but I've never liked the guy.

I'm still looking forward to this but generally first reviews from a festival should be quite positive. It is still positive here but there are more negatives than I expected. And (more concerning) the flaws mentioned seem like things that will kill the appeal to general audiences.
