The Box Office Buzz and Tracking Thread: Electric Boogaloo

Recommended Posts

Just for the box office prediction game I play in Germany I looked up what kind of movie Super Troopers 2 is at all and counted surprisingly nice 26 and 32/5 minutes at Pulse (including some Double Features).
I Feel Pretty 8 and 13/5 minutes of 2x conventional counting,
Traffik 3/5 both times.
For a Tuesday morning not so bad, no?
Edit: So according to akvalley... Super Troopers 2 is #4 or 5 on Pulse since a few hours (#3 without A:IW).

personally, I do not see Avengers: Infinity War opening that well.  I never have.

People who ignore all evidence to the contrary and instead go with their unsubstantiated "gut feeling" do very well in all situations life presents

Hmm... My "gut feeling" is that IW is going to gross exactly $269m OW, and then $369m total.

Since it's a "gut feeling", it must be correct, right? :P

lol shit guess I better see Isle of Dogs before it goes down to one showing at night

I'm a bit surprised Super Troopers managed to get the biggest auditorium here and not I Feel Pretty. Is this a sign to come for the weekend? :jeb!:

Maybe the theatre feels petty and are putting it in a smaller screen.

My theater isn't even getting I Feel Pretty, but instead Super Troopers and Traffik. Even more hilarious is that A Wrinkle in Time will still play this weekend. :hahaha:

Super Troopers is getting the second-biggest auditorium though, only behind A Quiet Place. Jay Chandraseasdekjafhashar, his POWAH!
