Legion Again
I think BP in 2022 would do… 3.5x legs. Just don’t see much evidence for legs being broadly crippled vs half a decade ago, especially when all demos are fully firing again as they should be in March. Usually they got converted into board bets for various premium accounts which helped keep the site running. Ie winner of the bet gets silver/copper/green/gold for x amount of months and the loser of the bet gives the money to the site to pay for it. No idea if that's still the case tho, as I'm not trying to backseat mod here. Hell, sometimes the floodgates were opened in a man against the board type deal when folks were really confident and wanted the site to get a lot of server dollars. We don't allow betting here for more than gold accounts and stuff. We aren't a sportsbook

WittyUsername
This doesn’t seem like the kind of movie that would get an A+ on Cinemascore. I’m expecting an A- or something. I just hope it isn’t a B+.
Legion Again
Feel like A is pretty obvious from franchise history. A- if something goes wrong. Edited January 10, 2022 by Product Driven Legion

Wait, have we reached a point where we are talking about Cinemascore before even getting social reactions? Just seems like reaching for something to say at this point. Seems normal to me. There’s just not much to say here though — it looks good, people are excited, last 3 Batman solos were A 🤷♂️
WittyUsername
For the record, I wasn’t the one who first brought up Cinemascore.

Like with The Green Knight, the discussion of a Cinemascore didn't start till we found out there was a scene where the lead cums on his hand through social reactions. If Pattinson does that then this is an A+ for sure. Edited January 10, 2022 by cax16 4

Lmao, I hadn’t heard about that scene before It makes sense that there would be increased discussion right after reactions drop of they surprise (positively or negatively). But it also feels like a natural thing when people are discussing the potential legs.
belblazer
I'd rather see this opening with $115-130M with a 3.5-4x multi, than $160-200M and 2-2.5x. Great legs like Wonder Woman and Aquaman >
CloneWars
I'm still very bullish on this OW. I'm slightly worried about Omnicron, but by then probably it will have played out. Obviously this isn't hyped like NWH but Batman is a huge ass IP and this looks like a Batman film done right. This is getting a big opening. My range is $185-$225

No 3D, no PG-13, no China, yet it outgrossed the likes of BP, CM with China and a large number of movies if China is removed from the total. FFH wouldn't even cross 1B w/o China while Joker did it. It was also very cheap (55M budget before P&A I think). So it could afford B+ type of dom WOM.
JonahVex
NWH made $14 mil on its 4th saturday despite the raging of omicron, people don't care about it when it comes to tentpole movies
Knights of Ren
OW is going to be bigger than what 90% of people here are predicting. Y’all are underestimating the hype again just like with NWH
