Just spend a few more millions to "fix" it and make it "fun", ffs. Comic book movies popularity is at its peak. Things can be easily turned around for this movie, especially considering how little they spent on it and how much time they have until the release date. Even if budget goes up to, let's say, $150-170 million - if smartly done the movie could still make way over $600 million worldwide. Better than lose money sending it to streaming.

I won't be surprised if it goes the Hulu route but ... the source for this is a guy who co-hosts some podcast I've never heard of before.  I'll remain skeptical for now.

No surprise, here.   There's no future for this iteration of the franchise, especially after what went on behind the scenes... so the home of The Runaways is the natural place for this one. 

 

Guess FOX is still determined to push Dark Phoenix into theatres...though as we've seen with Mowgli, nothing would surprise me anymore...

X-Men have been declared dead since Disney bought Fox. I would love to see a great horror franchise about X-men, but it is useless at this point. Disney doesn't give a shit about these smaller movies. Just release it straight into YouTube, monetize the video, and that's it. It will have less loss than Solo.
