Ok, after that trailer, I'm down with the movie   hopefully it is good.

 

Just the Atari reference and Mackensie Davis was enough for me, on top of the obvious look, Ford, etc, etc

Gotta go rewatch the first and see if it gives a new impression. The jury is still out on the story, but in terms of visuals...damn. Denny V an absolute genius. Looks really good. That's the day after my birthday so it's good to know I likely won't be getting crap on it as usual.

As for the movie itself I see nothing special in it that I haven't seen in the countless other futuristic sci-fi post apocalyptic movies that I've seen.

I don't know. I haven't seen the movie.

 

But the poster above is right: if this maintains the spirit of the first film then 'badass' is the last thing they're going for here.

Damn, I love how they managed to update the visuals while keeping the 80s neo-noir aesthetic. I was kind of worried about Ford, but I think he'll be great.
