They aren’t in the movie. On SJ2 it was animators and on this movie it’s concept artists.

Glad this is flopping, superhero movies are just overdone and tired

I saw the film last night, loved it ,but no way to deny that the box office is not good.

This was really good, was like comic panels coming to life. I thought cena was great and overall the whole cast was really good. Obviously the box office is unfortunate but nothing I can do about that so at least I have another great DC movie I can watch now. 

 

We’ll see what happens next with Gunn and co.

Quite enjoyable although I thought it lacked the emotional heft of the GOTG. I can see why some wouldn't like certain aspects but the weirdness was awesome for me.

Don't get too comfortable. 

 

People have predicted the end of superhero movies many times before this.

I didn't like it. At all. Pretty bummed.

 

Gunns style just does nothing for me and this movie just solidifies that. I thought gotg 2 was also bad  The beginning was a recycled joke we have seen done in at least 2 other films.

 

And then it's just a cycle of characters trauma dumping out of nowhere in between boomer rock music and shock value violence and cringey repetitive humour.
