But I thought we agreed the Conjuring movies make him a good choice. Besides, there's no way JJ or Soderbergh would take the job, Bird might want it but I thought you said you didn't like Tomorrowland so that ruled him out, and Reeves I guarantee you wouldn't take it if he's doing Batman.

Wan all the way

I said he has the horror thing down but idk about the rest.

Also the conjuring movies are both too long.

I need a good blockbuster with a sense of heart

Tonally id trust who I mentioned more.

And yeah obviously non of the directors I named would or could do it. Expect the two Pixar boys.

Interesting that Trevorrow's Book of Henry is getting slated for being a tonal clusterfuck: that was one of my main issues with JW. Definitely good he's not coming back to direct, although his writing credit is still a concern.

I'm sorry but after Tomorrowland Bird still has much to prove in the live action arena. No I'm not throwing him away after one film but I'm not as high on him as others are because he's only made one solid live action film. There is no reason for me to be high on him when it comes to live action films. It always surprises me how people talk about him like he's a proven great live-action director when he's only had one film that I personally think was good and another one that was a mess. I wouldn't be automatically super excited if he were directing a Jurassic World movie.

I read a rumor that more aquatic dinosaurs will appear. It'll be hilarious of JW:FC beats MEG to the punch and has Megalodon in it.

I dont think they will use any extinct animals that didnt live in the Mesozoic Era. Btw aquatic dinosaurs never existed, they were all seperate species of prehistoric reptiles. :sparta::redcapes:

The "aquatic dinosaur" in Jurassic World was actually a type of lizard. It's closest living relatives are monitor lizards and snakes.

The more you knoooow.

Yes, we know. Actually, none of the creatures we see in JW are actually the real deal, they're genetically modified hybrids. The more you know....
