$855k isn't bad for Madea but it needs a $17-$19 million to be ok. $20+ is solid.

Ouija was okay, but the RT audience score was more representative of the movie than the RT critic score in my opinion.

So the number 1 film possibly at 24 million again three weeks in a row

Solid for Reacher, should be heading for low to mid 20's.  Doesn't seem terrible for Ouija 2 but that number is less than Blair Witch, but that was a poorly received disaster.  Madea can challenge $20m but I see it just missing.

 

Overall, a decent weekend.  Shame Reacher isn't as good as I hoped.

Decent for Jack Reacher. I find it funny that all of these adult films are opening with basically the same amount. This means they are bringing out their target audience but no one else.

Really? Maybe Madea comes close to beating tomorrow's total but the Fri multie should be close to 2.5x to Reachers 3x.
