Headed to Great Falls for 2 days tomorrow. The temperature right now in SoCal 79 degrees, in Great Falls -1. A 82 degree temperature swing awaits me. Looks like I'll just stay indoors.

This Netflix Cloverfield movie is super boring so far. I say this as a big fan of the first two films.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm glad I just watched The Cloverfield Paradox on Netflix instead of paying $7.25 for a matinee showing to see this. It's a very convoluted film. Too much weird shit is happening at once. I can understand now why Paramount dumped it. I had a difficult time wrapping my head around all of it.

The Eagles finally win a Super Bowl. This is for all the fans that waited or weren't around for this. For my mom who I lost this past July who didn't care about football at all except for her kids who did and she made sure she knew enough to care for us. This team will be remembered in the region and city for a long time to come. St. Nick is now a legend and his TD catch will be forever in Philly sports history. Thank you Eagles for this moment.

Yeah, Cloverfield Paradox wasn’t great. Glad it was on Netflix and I didn’t have to pay to go see it or take the time to go out & see it.

tbh, it's probably a good move for both companies. Paramount gets to (presumably) cover the bulk of its expenses, Netflix gets a high-profile release that'll drive subscribers for a little while plus keep their name in the entertainment headlines.
