That top critic score for TLK is going from poor to yikes. Pretty much the worst top critic score for a Disney movie in the last few years except for the Nutcracker.

Paramount should really be pushing a re-expansion for Rocketman now to go for the 100m. If Dark Fate bombs (which is at least a 50% likelihood) then it will be their only hope at a 100m grosser this year.

Given how late August looks even more barren than usual this year, a Labor Day weekend re-release seems like a wise bet.

I like the "Can't Wait To Be King" song because it helps define Simba's character and the singer sounds like a young Michael Jackson. One of the more underrated songs in a Disney film.
