I agree. It feels like we're need a couple of days for the highly engaged fans to cycle through before you get a sense of how general audiences react. 

 

I still think the slight difference in release date (last weekend before Christmas vs second last with previous films) will be a difference maker for the legs. It's less time to make its big money before kids go back to school.
