Am i the only one whos possible hype gets crushed every time i see Ezras face?

Sorry, this is just my personal opinion, but that person has eliminated any desire for me to see this.

That is the biggest question around this. We will know somethings later this evening once reactions are out and see if Presales for this matches the hype seen. My expectation is this needs to have stronger presales start than the other movie which I wont name in this thread releasing soon.

I aint seeing this unless it gets TDK level of critical reception. I doubt this will get that level even if movie is very well made as I expect AM to do.

Idk, it just looks like a generic CBM for the most part, not the second coming they keep trying to say it is. Always good to see Keaton, though.  Ezra is just so unappealing, especially with everything in my head about him now...I have a hard time getting past that to see him as a hero character.

The way I see it, he's just one guy, and hundreds of people worked on the movie, I don't like dismissing their work just because the movie has one psycho in it. I think it's totally reasonable to give it a miss because of Ezra though.

This is releasing nearly 30 years to the day after Jurassic Park and that trailer is a compelling argument that CGI has actually gotten worse.

So ugly as sin I couldn't even pay attention to the rest of the content.

Curious how many CGI shots Jurassic Park had compared to Flash.

I like James Gunn and what he’s announced for the DCU so far, but even discarding my feelings of distaste about Miller (even before the myriad allegations, I couldn’t stand their ADD take on Barry), nothing about this screams “best CBM ever”, it looks very middle of the road and been-there-done-that in just about every way, from visuals to plot.

Barring an absolutely euphoric response from reviewers, this is still a pass for me.

And I thought Quantumania was ugly lol. Why are these tentpoles looking uglier?

Looks decent, but it really doesn't seem to deserving of even a sliver of the industry hype it's getting. The CGI in particular makes MODOK in Quantumania look like Thanos. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the actual reviews are more in line with Aquaman than The Dark Knight. Thankfully this will be screening in full at CinemaCon in a few hours so we'll see what happens.

Probably because the FX artists are working on multiple projects for both TV and film at the same time so they can’t devote all their time to focusing on just one.

It looks fantastic imo. Who cares about some wonky CGI, the casual viewer won't even notice. If that's all you're complaining about, looks to me you're grasping at straws to find a little flaw. Movie looks sick and it will make bank
