They may not be able to put it on Hulu or Disney Plus, but they can certainly put it on sale on Amazon Prime Video and the like.

Oh yeah, it's the Demon Bear. That's been confirmed for aaaaaaages, I think it was even in that leaked pitch reel that came out before the movie got greenlit

All the Fox films, like XMen, are on Disney plus here in the UK and Europe, but I heard there’s some sort of Fox reason why they can’t go on Disney plus US yet?

There isn’t. Fox movies that get released into cinemas go to HBO. If this skips cinemas, it skips HBO.
It’s why studios can get movies straight to Netflix, bypassing their initial cable/streaming deal.
