So, this is effectively a blend of Jurassic Park/World and King Kong with The Rock as a scientist.

 

It looks like it lacks any kind of IQ points, but HOLY SHIT IT LOOKS SUPER ENTERTAINING AS WELL. Count me in for this.

I'm curious about how they're doing this movie. I played the game, and it was basically 100 missions where you just had to eat people and destroy buildings, lol.

 

The game was insanely repetitive, just like the gameplay. There was no plot, and the only thing related to a plot, was when you finished every mission, showing someone talking to a girl on the phone.

 

By the way, that teasing at the end of the trailer ( the sea monster ). Trying to mislead us into thinking it's something like Godzilla.

It looks stupidly fun.  But this  should do fine unless New Mutants kills it or Infinity War smashes it.

I just hope there’s more smashing of buildings and less of Rock yelling George!  I’ll watch it though.  San Andreas was dumb fun.

 

And yes, there better be an epic side view shot of all the monsters smashing a building.  Seriously, I’m not asking much from this movie.
