They'd be better off kicking Encanto to next year and just releasing Ron's Gone Wrong on its date, b/c they've spent heavily advertising that one in theaters all summer, and yet I haven't seen an Encanto trailer in theaters yet...

Highly likely we get a PA dual release announcement for this in the Disney earnings call happening in an hour and a half.

I think the marketing would slowed down by now if they're planning to delay, the profile on twitter keep updating it with the september date.

The only reason I would back moving the film is Eastern part of world is badly affected and whole region is big Marvel territory.

 

USA is doing just fine. I don't see no reason SC don't do 2.5-3x Free Guy on a Sunday holiday weekend.

My theater plans to reopen at the end of September (I think they were aiming for venom). so I also agree with this. It’s a great new date. 😇

Things are looking good for D+. Disney must be really happy that they made their platform to succeed in this times. They are losing money with the movies but at least the streaming is going great.

 

Now let's see if they going to talk about SC and the other movies slated for 2021.
