Wouldn't be too sure. Last one did 620, and that was before Ant-Man was the critical story element of a 2 billion dollar movie.

Actually i think they are targeting the President's Day Long Weekend with that release date which is probably going to more lucrative that opening on valentines day - maybe they do a wide preview on valentines

OS they tend to release a week earlier... (excluding A4), see Valentine. And OS the President’s Day wont have an impact. Not sure how Valentine‘s Day and certain bias countries will react to some details in the movie (have not read up since more than 6 months)

I'm sure that certain details will be remove easily like always if countries find them offensive. lets not rpetend that MCU will ever go full Blue Is the Warmest Color with any of their movies. Explicite details such as kiss are easily removable as Disney proved in the past. Also, they call it respect for foreign cultures so everyone happy. America gets their representation and countires where that's offensive are not offended.

For sure. Surprised they didn't claim that date first when it has Love in the title.

 

Edit: also just noticed Dr. Strange just moved to late March so they're even more spaced out now.
