No one will ever be as important as RDJ. Holland as Spider-Man is quite popular but it's not like he's pulling these numbers on his own. I would say he is more on Hemsworth level.

Endgame could not do it back in 2019 because Captain Marvel had already grossed $413M by the time EG opened but NWH will most likely be able to become the highest grossing film of the year domestically from just its OW when it outgrosses Shang Chi which only made $224M.

If we go by box office, he is cap level more than Thor level.

120-140 domestic? Nah my man, tracking is way higher than this. There's a legit shot at $120M on just full Friday (true Friday + previews).
