I'd assume feature length (which is what 70mins for an animation?). 

 

Traditionally Roger Rabbit has been a no go as it is more Live Action with animation as opposed to animated with some Live Action.

feature length is 40+ minutes for everything I believe.

It must be at least 40 minutes long.
